Video Review

Online course review - you send me a video, I send you feedback. Did something happen in a run at a competition that you need advice about? Something going wrong in training and you need help? 

Video reviews are $10/video. 

Online Lessons

Need help coming up with a training plan? Have some skills you need help refining?  We will work together to come up with a plan, you'll send me videos, and I'll send you feedback. Each lesson will include two exercises from me, and the opportunity to send me two videos to provide feedback on. 

Online Private Lessons are $50.
